All too often, weight loss companies, doctors, surgeons, and the like, prey on the emotionally dissatisfied individual who desires to lose weight, but finding it difficult. The media has bombarded us with information on various diet programs, pills, shakes, belly rubs, stomach reductions, etc. How will we know when the idea, the media is pushing, is right for us?

Ask yourself these questions when reviewing different weight loss products:

  1.  Is this system (method) something I can do for the rest of my life?
  2. Is this system (method) expensive? Will I be able to afford it several months from now?
  3. Does this system (method) make guarantees about their product?
  4. Is this system (method) providing ALL the good, bad and ugly of their product?

As for me, I am getting ready to start a program designed especially for me. It starts with education. Educating myself on the foods which will improve my health naturally. Then research the foods known to the industry to cause me harm, such as, High Fructose Corn Syrup. A close friend told me about HFCS many years ago, but I waved the information off as something not to be concerned about until now!

I have come to realize, I do not overeat! No that is not my case, but I do eat the wrong things, at the wrong time of the day or evening, and it has become increasingly noticeable. It’s time to take action!

I will keep you posted of my progress. As I locate relevant and useful information, I will be sure to pass it along here.
